Wagner Window Cleaning was founded by Scott Wagner. In the early 1980’s Scott’s family relocated from the Fargo-Moorhead area to Mesa, Arizona. While in junior and senior high school he spent the summers learning the window cleaning business working for his family’s window cleaning company.
In 1989 Scott moved back to the Fargo area to attend North Dakota State University. That same year he started Wagner Window Cleaning to help pay his way through college.
After graduating with a degree in political science, he continued to grow Wagner Window Cleaning into one of the premier commercial and residential window cleaning companies in the Fargo-Moorhead area. In 2000 Scott realized his passion for public service and was elected to the Cass County Board of Commissioners were he served for 12 years, retiring from the county board in December of 2012.
